Family owned, Jose’s has the best food and handmade tortillas hands down. The tounge tacos literally melt in your mouth. I also enjoy the shredded chicken huaraches and tacos. Truly anything on the menu is delicious and they have Aguas frescas as well! My favorite is the tamarind water and horchata. Best lunch truck downtown.

As a recent transplant to the area, I’ve finally found awesome Mexican food in the Rogue Valley and couldn’t be happier.
I travel a lot, spend several weeks a year in Baja California and have lived in Los Angeles for a year and half so I’m well versed in street tacos. I can honestly say that Jose’s Tacos are among the very best I’ve every enjoyed anywhere. I’ve only had the carne asada and chicken tacos but they’re both so good and addictive I could have them for lunch every day.
Jose’s Tacos is the real deal.

Authentic Mexican food, fresh corn tortillas, lots of flavor. Super nice couple runs it. It is worth waiting in the cold and once you have a taco you won’t be a bit cold! The food trucks and El Tapatio are the only places I know of that have authentic, well prepared Mexican food.

Fresh made corn tortilla doe anything you order! If you order enchiladas they make the tortillas for them first. The fish tacos are vey crisp never frozen the lady’s there wonderful and so nice. All meat selections are also good

Small taco food truck in a private lot on Riverside Avenue. Seems like a mom and pop operation and they make their own tortillas. The tacos were bomb! Selection of drinks and a small picnic table outside. There are a handful of parking stalls on the lot. I’d be back for sure!

This is by far the best Mexican food around. Price is very reasonable, they are very friendly and they are a local family business. I eat here a few times a week and absolutely love the tacos! We are fortunate to have them here in Medford!

This little taco place is the best in town, we go at least 3 times a week and I love them more every time. The owners are very nice and polite, the time is a little long but always worth every second we wait. We have tried every single Thing on the the menu and we love it all.
I won’t go to any other Mexican place in town ever again. This is my spot and I recommend it to all my family and friends! Thank you Jose’s tacos you guys rock!

The best Tacos al Pastor! One of these days I’ll try something else, but I love the al Pastor so much! I love that the tortillas are freshly made and a good size. So much better than the other taco trucks or Mexican restaurants in Medford. For me two tacos is the perfect size lunch. You can even take it into Digger’s to eat if it’s too hot/​cold/​wet outside.

Excellent. There’s only one picnic bench for seating so you may have to sit in your car or get it to go.
Tortillas are as good as everyone says. Clearly fresh — made. We had fish tacos, a carnitas taco and a chicken taco. All were very tasty. The salsa isn’t very hot — next time I’ll ask of there’s something with a little more kick available.

Seriously the best tortillas ever! They are kind of hard to get to and the parking sucks, but 100% worth the walk. My husband and I drive from Eagle Point just to have the steak tacos. LOVE!!!

Best fresh Mexican food in the entire Rogue Valley, OR.
I go to Jose’s at least 2 – 3 times a week for lunch as I work in Medford.
Everything is made to order, so even though its a taco truck it takes a little time to get your meal (especially during lunch hour)…but trust me its well worth the wait. They’re special 5 tacos for $ 5 is my go-​to lunch, Mexico City style tacos with your choice of whichever meats you prefer (asada, pollo, carnitas, lengua, etc.) Extremely affordable, filling, and delicious.
Not only is the food delicious but the owners are extremely kind and caring people as well.

If you’ve read my reviews you know I am honest, so that being said… This little spot is AWESOME! The service is friendly, pretty darn quick (considering they have such tight quarters and so many orders) and the food is delicious. They seriously make the corn tortillas as orders come in; so fresh and consistent each and every time. The portions are nice and the cost is great. I had the carnitas tacos and three filled me UP, so Thanksgiving Day full. Will I be back??? Most certainly and I will try something new and let you know how it is.

I was looking for a taco in downtown Medford one day and somehow decided to try this little taco trailer… I was really impressed by the size and tastiness of the tacos! The only thing I would have liked is some kind of salsa bar. The meat was really flavorful and the tortillas were fresh and delicious, but a bit more salsa would have really taken it up a notch. Overall though, the service was great and the food was too!

On a whim, I swung by the food truck corner & parked in front of these guys. The two women inside were really nice & well-​versed in what they had available– I even learned what my lunch was called lol! Mulitas are quesadillas made with corn tortillas rather than flour– which they freshly pressed, making it extra tasty! Filled with al pastor (tasty shredded pork), beans, & freshly made tomatillo salsa, topped with onion, cheese, salad, & avocados– plus a Jarritos grapefruit soda– ran $ 8.50, plus tip! These guys really know what they’re doing!

Fresh delicious handmade Mexican food in a funky little trailer,
At first I thought the prices on the tacos were a bit high, but the tacos are quite large on hand made corn tortillas. I had Barbacoa and it melted in my mouth. The rice and beans were good too. My wife had fish tacos and thoroughly enjoyed them.
We have quite a few taco trucks in the area, this is certainly one of the good ones.

Found this food truck nestled behind Digger’s Tavern, and it is a gem. Got a 2 taco plate for $ 6, which comes with rice and beans. The carnitas was flavorful and tender and the tortillas were really fresh. Let my kid eat the rice and she demolished it. The side of beans was the only part of the dish that was subpar.
The owners were extremely friendly. We going to stop by whenever we’re in Medford.
