I unfortunately was unable to use Kelly’s services, but she did help me out a lot last weekend. I was visiting Medford and needed to unexpectedly board my dog – immediately! I called Kelly and left a voicemail, unsure of what kind of services she provided. Even though she doesn’t have an dog boarding kennel, she returned my call, talked to me about my situation, and gave me some useful suggestions. She didn’t have to be so helpful, but she spent time to help out a stranger and I really appreciated it!

We haven’t worked directly with Kelly, but her coworker Bonnie has taken care of our cat and dog several times, and we couldn’t be more pleased with her services! It’s so easy and convenient, and we would much rather have our pets stay at home rather than at a kennel or vet clinic with other potentially loud and obnoxious dogs. Bonnie is also very professional and even checks in with us every few days with updates about our pets. Great job Bonnie!
