Haven’t been here in ten plus years, had a craving and gave in. Upon arrival, the cashier was yawning and didn’t acknowledge us. She continued to yawn while assisting with our order. Received food very quickly which was pleasing as we were in a hurry. When trying to find somewhere to sit, we noticed EVERY TABLE, CHAIRS, AND BOOTHS WERE FILTHY. It was hard to chose which was less dirty than others. When we sat, we heard the cashier tell a gentleman she had yet to clean the outside area. It wasn’t even busy when we showed up, only one party of four. The food was as delicious as I remember though so that counts for something. Not enough to make me return.

After explaining my order a few times to the drive thru girl, she takes a while to get back to me, I ask if we can drive up and she then finally recites my total. I pull up, hand her my card, a young guy then goes to hand me my drinks in a carrier, it almost falls apart so he shouts «Oh sh! t! These are crappy carriers, sorry.» I nearly got my 4 sodas in my lap, thankfully I caught them as they fell to me. I get my food, had to request FLG sauce though the advertisement says its included with the meals I ordered. I ordered 2 ice waters with my meals, and didn’t get them. The strips in a few of my meals were so hard you could use them as weapons! A few of the meals didn’t have a biscuit, though they were supposed to be included. The butter, honey, and sauces exploded at some point, getting on my napkins which are now a waste, which is wonderful. Then to top it off, I get home and realize my credit card was never handed back to me! Easily the worst KFC I’ve ever been to!

This is one of the better KFCs in town. Today was a little off for them as they did not get our order right even after verifying what we asked for.
The overall experience was just ok for a KFC. The eating area and bathrooms were clean and better then I see in others.
I had a Chicken Pot Pie and I was happily surprised by by the amount of chicken in the pie. The crust was excellent and it was very filling for $ 5. My guest order was all wrong and we chuckled about it after the order exchanged at the counter and the counter person saying «I will make sure it is right». My guest did not go back just to save the argument.

Located in a quiet town, quiet road. The workers are helpful, the restaurant was kept clean. It would’ve been an ok experience sans some lady that started arguing with another customer.
