The sales people were friendly and helpful in here. I stopped at the front counter and asked if they had any scales that weighed in ounces and grams and she walked me right over to the section and showed me what I was looking for. Same with the BBQ tongs I wanted. When I asked she showed me where they were — and when I said I wanted a different king(the silicone on the handle and the tong bits) she showed those to me as well. I have to say I wasn’t really impressed with the prices though. I don’t feel like I got any deals in here — I consider the items I purchased to be at full retail price and I actually think I could have found them cheaper somewhere else if I would have had the patience to shop for them. My only other issue with this place is the register process. When I checked out I had to listen to the suggestive sale of some kitchen kit with spatula’s and stuff. I refused the offer. Then when I got wrung up I was asked for a zip code. Then I had to show my ID for a $ 30.00 purchase on my credit card(she was confused by my picture because my hair was not in a pony tail on my license.) And then there was some Bounce back coupon thing that I got that she wanted to tell me about. That is way to many hoops to jump through at a register. Left me walking out of the store feeling a little wrung out and irritated. Overall I wasn’t real impressed. I feel like the prices were comparable to Bed, Bath and Beyond and the register experience left me kind of cold.
