Great doctor. Will answer any questions with a great attitude and is very helpful. Office staff is great too. I have referred friends and family as well as co workers and people I served in the military with to him. All agree he is the best. Never heard one bad thing about him and never had a bad visit there. I would recommend anybody with chiropractic issues to go to him asap. Also, if you need to reschedule an appointment, they are very good at rescheduling. Good people here.

I have used chiropractic care to treat headaches and back pain as needed. Dr. John is one of a few chiropractors I’ve treated with and, as long as he’s still practicing, he will be my go-​to chiro.
Medford is one of two locations where he practices. The waiting room is comfortable and adequate. I’ve never spent much time in the waiting room because he and his staff are pretty good about staying on schedule. Patients receive a massage from one of Dr. John’s massage therapists prior to meeting with him for an adjustment. I once hated massages, but he and his therapists have made me a believer.
When you meet with Dr. John for the first time, he thoroughly discusses everything with you — what hurts, when it hurts, what you’ve done for treatment prior to seeing him, etc. and develops a plan with you.
He’s not overly aggressive in his treatment. If something doesn’t move, he won’t try to force it. He is a genuinely nice person who is trustworthy.
