One receptionist/​phlebotomist does everything and I waited for almost 2 hours. She acts like she doesn’t care about patients. Never coming here again!

There is only one person there doing everything from receptionist to answering phones to checking and doing insurance to doing all the test. I was never told that I should not come in as a walk-​in and that I should make An appointment on their website.
She acts like She is trying to be pleasant but you can see she is being fake and doesn’t give a crap about you, your wait, your request/​situation or your appointment. If I could give negative stars I would. Go to Patchogue! Waited for 1.5 hours.
