Terrible customer service. I had been a loyal customer, and was unhappy when one of my handmade gifts was embroidered upside down. I was treated poorly, and was given few options to fix the problem. I received no response with calling or emailing, had to remake the gift, repurchase new materials, and was given only 2 options to embroider the now late gift. They would not allow a refund, and did not acknowledge the bind that it had put me in. This is no way to be treated as a paying and loyal customer. If you want to be assured that you’ll be happy, do not become a patron with Master Stitch. Also, the only other review of this business was completed by the owner of Master Stitch. Not a trustworthy business.
