if you are black and you are considering doing an event at this place, please don’t. they are rude and racist. I was decorating and event there for someone, the first day I went there to check out the place the lady spoke to me like I was a child, it was so upsetting that i couldn’t stand to be around her. the day of the even I was promise a table it wasn’t there, I went to the front part of the bar were all the white people were sitting down laughing and talking, I ask the lady at the bar for a smaller table, she said the don’t have any smaller table even though I seen it there the first time, I was there, she seen ignored by my pure presence, then I ask them to put the AC on it was july 6 at 3pm, the black was sweating off me, they never did, finally the bartender came at 6pm and ask why is the ac not on, I joke, ‘they were trying to malt the black of us unfortunately for them it didn’t work’ she didn’t find it funny anyways at 10pm when the event was over and we were trying to pack our stuff short from them putting on boots and kicking us out, they were rude started taking delicate stuff out with out being wrap correctly to the front door and placing them outside, and telling us to get out. the people I did this event for were super nice church going people, I really wanted to go there a few time and let them know how I felt about them but out of respect to the people I was doing the event for I didn’t, I am not from Medford and I was told by a few people that white people in Medford are racist and seeing these people I am leaning toward believing that but I like to judge individuals not groups.
