The women working in this store have amazing customer service skills! I admit, I don’t know one bead size from another, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help I’ve received here.

So I love michaels!!! However this location seems to only have a few employees and none of which know what they’re talking about… walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice employee asking if we needed any help and I certainly did so I described what I needed and she confidently told me the isle to find it in. I then go to said isle and it was far from what I was looking for so I was confused and went back to the costumer service desk and no one was there, so we politely went to a cashier who was extremely busy if she could page someone to customer service, and then we were RUDELY interrupted by the same lady who «helped» us when we first walked in. She asked us why we couldn’t find what we were looking for where she said it was, so then she pages an employee to meet us in the wrong isle she told us in the beginning so we split up I waited in said isle and my friend waited in the isle we thought it would be near. The employee who was to meet us met my friend in the isle we thought it would be near and in the end they didn’t even have what we needed anymore so we had to settle for something that may not work… in all we were there for 30mins longer than needed be and it was a terrible experience I don’t want to go back!!!

The framing department has great skills and do customer service in a big way. I will be back!

This Michaels isn’t as big or well stocked as some I’ve been to but it carries a lot of options and they have a lot of good sales. I’ve had a bunch of things custom framed here and though it’s spendy I have really appreciated the professionalism and caring of the framing staff. They were great with helping me put together several projects and remembered me the next time I came in. The paper craft selection is decent and the flower and jewelry sections are hit or miss depending on what you are looking for. My biggest complaint is just available selections can be small sometimes. I’ve always had good service here and will happily continue to shop here!
