AVOID!!!
Moving in here was the worst decision I have ever made! From the outside it seems like it would be a great place to live. Unfortunately the building manager DeeDee makes your living experience as awful as possible. It is clear that she does not care about your satisfaction. She likes to use the phrase «Company Policy».
Theft is a huge issue here. I had my car broken into on 2 occasions and I had a motorcycle stolen from the parking lot.
Rent is cheap but you will be much better off moving elsewhere!
Please take my advise and do not move in here. You will be nothing but unhappy.
I am a business professional. I did not miss a single rent payment, yet they treated me like a worthless no good tenant.

My boyfriend and I were new to Oregon and shopped around for a while until we came across morningside apartments. It was a great place to live. We were there about a year and a half. They are pet friendly and the rent is fairly reasonable. We paid $ 670+20 for pet rent so a total of $ 690 a month. We had a nice one bedroom. Appliance worked great, a little on the older side but I can assure you that they have been kept up very well. We never had a problem with the manager or any staff, nor any neighbors for that matter. It’s a quiet place to live and right next to the new shopping center. They have a nice workout center and a pool. Everyone kept to themselves and there was never any loud music or anything of that obnoxious nature. My neighbor was awesome and I meet some really great people. I got back almost all of my deposit and the only reason I don’t get back all of it was because I payed my rent late once and so they just took it out of my deposit. So if you are looking for a quiet place to live, that is still close to everything you want then I highly recommend Morningside apartments! We had a wonderful experience and couldn’t have asked for a better maintenance guy, manager, and staff!
