I live literaly next to them. I hve tried several times, they don’t seem to care about giving what you pay for, I have paid for extra cheese, and always amazed how little you get in the first place, convenient for me, but not very good. Prices way to high

Customer service is horrible. Waste of time and money. Don’t go to this pizza place. I would rather spend money at bobbios or wild river and support local shops then waste my hard earned money at this franchise. Some employees seemed unhappy or irritated. But others seemed like they were focused and«content» or emotionless. One employee even had a «bull» nose ring. Talk about unprofessional. I like the flavor but it’s not worth the price and the unprofessionalism.

Apologies are great when we wait over an hour on a weeknight for our lukewarm hardened pizza, but we can’t eat apologies now can we…

If I could give it no stars, I would. I called about an order and was told to pick it up in 10 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later the shuffling, bored teenager handed me my order. I mentioned my phone conversation and he said they had gotten busy. Really? Because I arrived in the suggested 10 minutes and not one person or pizza had gone in or out-and, the phone hadn’t rang. I watched another kid make one pizza the entire time I was there. So, no, they weren’t busy-they were slow. Attitude counts. He took a surly tone with me and I heard their exchange as I went out the door. Sorry, there are too many other places in town to go for pizza in a timely fashion that don’t serve it with attitude. Bye, bye PJ!

Their customer service was real friendly! They even held the door open for me! Real clean inside! I thought their pizzas tasted better than Pizza Hut! But they still can’t beat their prices! My hubby wasn’t impressed since he’s all about a good deal! I like their ranch sauce on their pizza better than Pizza Hut’s though which is a huge plus for me! It has garlic and spinach in it. I am allergic to the marinara sauce is why. Their«Original» crust was thinner but more flavorful than Pizza Hut’s «Hand Tossed» crust. My hubby got the All Meat Pizza and I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. We did the Any 2 Large pizzas for $ 21.99 deal. We goofed though with our online order and got charged more for the extra toppings we added. But yet shouldnt it be «ANY» pizza? Confusing! Pizza Hut would have charged $ 20 for ANY toppings ANY size as long as not stuffed crust. But they taste more generic but about the same. I love Papa John’s Garlic Dipping Sauce though! Their Papa’s Chicken Poppers were a ripoff though! McDonalds has better chicken nuggets for the same price $ 5! I definitely liked them way better than Little Caesars though for sure! I really miss Domino’s since I moved here! :/Pizza Hut seems to be what is popular though in the area. All in all if you want a good specialty pizza come here! If you want a great deal go to Pizza Hut! ;) They are also unique because they put some toppings below the cheese!

I usually like Papa John’s and I have had good food from this place in the past. But now they just don’t have enough help. There is usually one person working the place taking orders, money, phone calls and making the pizza’s and other items. They are so busy that the person handles money, phone and prepares the food without ever washing hands.
