Love their pretzels. They sometimes are out of pretzels and you have to wait while they bake which is annoying because all they sell is pretzels and the timing should be a little better but overall really delicious and great service.

We have stopped in for pretzels on the go as well as ordered party platters at this location. Every time the pretzels are delicious and fresh. The staff has been friendly as well.

Just read another review about the Philadelphia Pretzel Factory in another location and it reminded me of my experience with the one here in Medford NJ. I always loved the pretzels that my stepdad would bring home from Philly(he was a jeweler and always on Jewelers Row in Philly). We would gobble them down as soon as he dropped the brown bag on the table. Now, one of my brothers despises any type of food in any brown bag brought from Philly… anyway to get back to my story — usually kids in elementary school can bring in cupcakes or a cake for their birthday«celebration» during school. My son and his friends always have me stop at the PPF not only for their pretzels but for their hotdogs wrapped in pretzels.(Yes, I did take a bit and it was awesome). So, when my son’s birthday rolled around I told him I would pick him up 25 pretzels for his class b’day celebration. I didn’t tell him that I found out(from their website when I was checking out their hours) that they will spell any name out in their own pretzel dough. So… I went to his school and brought an N.I.C.H.O.L.A.S. spelled in Pretzel dough & each letter was about 8″ in height — I put it on a tray under red tissue paper and rolled it down to his room on a cart that his principal hooked me up with and the kids were in awe — they loved it!
