Re-create Wellness

I am so happy and thankful for finding Heidi and her team at Re-​create. She takes everything I hate from the typical gym experience and turns it into something enjoyable and rewarding. Heidi gives me the option of working out outside which I love, gives me bodyweight exercises I can do in my hotel room when I travel, and her friendly personality keeps the workouts fun even when she’s pushing me. On top of all of that she also took the time to really listen to what I wanted from my workouts. Not only does she give me great exercises while always being mindful of my shoulder and knee injuries, she also gives me nutritional and general wellness guidance when I need to get back on track. I have even taken a couple of Re-create’s Wellness Workshops. I’m not typically into the «wellness» kind of thing, I don’t even like yoga, but I was super stressed and trying to make some big decisions in my life and Heidi suggested I try one of her workshops. I was surprised at how much it helped me with my decisions. I highly recommend Re-​create for a fun and well-​rounded approach to achieve an overall healthy lifestyle.

I attended one of Re-create’s organic body product workshops. It was empowering and fun! You learn a lot about what is in your skin care products and the dangers of certain chemicals. This information has been very useful. You also get to add your choice of a variety of essential oils in to the products you make (they all smelt amazing!). Heidi is really down to earth and fun to work with. I would recommend the workshop to anyone seeking a healthier lifestyle or simply wants to take charge of what they are putting on their skin. I will definitely be back for another session! It was fun going with a group of friends.
