The flowers are stunning! Fresh and arranged beautifully! My mother had to be in the hospital on her birthday :(and when I placed the order I did not know her room number yet, they called the hospital themselves to obtain the room number! Customer service is suburb! I can’t say enough good things! A++++ in my books.

I use Richardsons’ for all of my special occasions and flower needs. I have never been disappointed with their work. The flowers always turn out beautiful, creative, and last long after they are delivered. They are top notch quality and are my go-​to place when I need a special order. The staff I have talked with are always friendly and super accommodating even on a short notice order. They have gone out of their way to make sure I get exactly what I order and am 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend this florist to anyone who is looking for exquisite and unique flower arrangements.

There was a total lack of respect from the owner Diane towards my fiancé and mother who went there for our wedding flowers. Compete rudeness and non accommodating treatment resulted in losing our business.

Richardsons was able to accommodate a request over the phone to buy and delivery flowers within 2 hours (and only days before valentine’s day). They were fantastic and the arrangement was beautiful and even earlier than they committed too! I would highly recommend and plan to use them again!

I walked into Richardson’s on the Tuesday before my wedding that Saturday in need of flowers. Dianne and her staff were wonderful to work with; smiles and laughter all around. They had great suggestions for a simple yet beautiful flower arrangement of bright colorful gerber daisies and var pitt (they were a huge hit!) that I was able to put together on my own — even gave me a crash course in flower arrangement. Were very patient as we tried to figure out what flowers to use in my bouquet which came out gorgeous and got so many compliments on it!

Great Flowers and Great Service.
I recently had flowers sent to my girlfriends office. I ended up having the wrong address for the Friday delivery. Richardson’s not only offered to (and did) deliver on Saturday they also made a new arrangement for her all at no additional cost. I was called on the day of as was my girlfriend who was getting the flowers to be informed of this.
When the flowers arrived they were just good as advertised. It was a beautiful bouquet that she loved.
Great customer service and a great florist. I would absolutely order from here again.
