The most unprofessional service I’ve experienced. Chiropractor decided that I need some intense treatment twice a week for four weeks. Right. Because I stretched my neck the day before. What I didn’t like from appt #1 that after giving me some useless instructions about sleeping on my back, and trying to sell some of the stuff they have there like lotions and pillows, he was about to let me go because he heard someone’s entering(next patient). Since no one came, «doctor» promptly changed his mind and decided to give me some more treatment(some electric muscle relaxer therapy for 15 minutes, which actually helped a little). That little detail made me wonder, if patient(or better say-customer) did show up, I would be sent out without any hesitation and without so «much needed» therapy even that I was in pain. On top of all this, I was lectured by a receptionist when called to cancel my next appt. Is that a joke?
