Super friendly and accommodating to my not so flexible schedule. They did an amazing job of explaining everything they did and why. Very impressed!

We love Dr. Stebbins and his whole staff. They are always warm and welcoming, and have taken care of our families teeth for years. We have trusted his recommendations and have been very satisfied with the service and care.

I didn’t «refuse» anything… nobody from your office ever contacted me, even after calling and voicing my dissatisfaction to the office woman directly after my appointment, and I saw in my review mirror the piss-​poor job done on my teeth. That said, I would in fact refuse, as the overall feeling I had while in the chair was completely negative– You did not tell me one single thing you were doing, scoffed when I asked a question and basically treated me like I was some sort of charity case. I guess this is how you treat referrals from the VA, as I overheard you talking disrespectfully to another gentleman in your office when I was there for my initial appointment, 3 months prior (yes, it took that long for you to get back to me, after I called twice)… HE was dissatisfied with his new dentures. I would never allow you back in my mouth again. I will spread my opinion far and wide– my family is prominent and respected with deep roots in the Medford area. I can tell you are a recent transplant– You will discover your brand of disrespect is not generally accepted well here.

I had to have some work done last minute, and Dr. Stebbins more than accommodated me in his schedule. The office felt very comfortable and inviting. The staff was friendly and cheerful in greeting me. Dr. Stebbins was kind and helped me fix my issues with my teeth. I would definitely recommend him, even if you are scared or nervous of dentists. Dr Stebbins has patience and I felt very calm while he worked on my teeth.

Great dentist and I highly recommend if you are looking for one to try Dr. Stebbins out!
A little difficult to find, but they are great!

While I dreaded going to the dentist as a child, my kids love going to see Dr. Stebbins. He is quick yet thorough, will sit down with you and explain your options. A dentist with integrity, highly recommend.
