We took our son camping for the first time ever. He had a wonderful time. We stayed at Farewell Bend. The camp host was most accommodating to all of us. The restrooms were always clean and stocked with supplies. The campgrounds were all clean and clearly marked for those coming or going. David and Erika took great care and pride in their campground. We were up there for almost a week and we look forward to going up there again.

We have been camping at Abbot Creek campground for the last 6 years. The sites are large and clean. The camp hostess does an excellent job of maintaining the campground, and is friendly and accommodating to campers needs. We love it there!!!

Rogue River, OR
I would stay away from Farewell Bend Campground. Reservations mean nothing to the owner and camp host, no matter proof of reservation documents.
Even
could not get the owner to honor the reservations.
Know this,
cannot make make the owner honor reservations, only refund money minus 20.00.cancellation fee!
My opinion someone offered more money for the space, especially since it was July 4th weekend
The owner only cared after review on Unilocal!
However it cost us more than the 39.00 she refunded, no mention of all the money spent for gas and food for the trip.
Wouldn’t want to see anyone go through this and be disappointed after depending on booking reservations.
