The service we got here was pathetic. The lone, older female employee was seemingly completely uninterested in customer service; no smiles, no formalities, surly as soon as we walked up. We ordered a breakfast sandwich on flatbread, and when she ripped the egg from the holding dish and tore it, she began to assemble it back together on the sandwich! We asked for a new slice as subway sandwiches are notoriously messy and we didn’t want to lose what we were paying for into our lap, and she just stood there with a disgusted look on her face and asked«why?» Really? Come on, we’re paying customers, you obviously messed something up, don’t question why, just do your job! We weren’t rude to her at all, but I left there knowing that I will never go back to that particular location, EVER.

My fiancé and I rarely go to this location just because we don’t get the best customer service. We have gotten lucky here by getting some employees who actually care about their job BUT the other day, we didn’t get so lucky. My fiancé wanted some Subway after he got off of work which was late-evening. We didn’t want to drive across town to a better Subway so we decided to stop in here since it was a little closer to home. We walked in the door and nobody was present, figures. About a minute later, a girl named«Arron» comes out from the back and helped my fiancé with his order. While he was trying to decide what he wanted, she was just standing there as if she hated her life. She had no expression on her face and looked completely tired or out of it. For one, wouldn’t you want to make the customer feel like you enjoy your job and maybe talk about something?! Not her! We’ve had some pretty lively employees help us at the location but she was not feeling it. We’ve had her before and didn’t like her service. She speeds through the order like she’s running a marathon. Just a bit of advice… next time someone comes in, save yourself and ACT like you LIKE your job! If you don’t like it, quit and apply elsewhere because you are not doing a very good job of providing excellent customer service. Also, when someone asks politely for EXTRA olives, for example, don’t just put ONE extra olive on the sandwich. Why don’t you SLOWDOWN and TAKEYOURTIME and actually give someone EXTRA what they ask for. Who cares if they’re charged for it! At least you’d be giving them what they asked for. Next time we see this girl working, we are not stepping foot in that store. We will drive the distance to get 10x better customer service rather than feel like we are being a bug.
