Hate this location: the cashiers never greet me when entering, they never have the products in their ads, associates never wish to assist in ordering them(just tells me to do it online, at home), the photo department never has staff and I have to stand there while other associates walk by and never ask if I need help, my photos are never ready when they claim to be, and the other day managers and three associates were at the front of store GOSSIPING and had me wait for 20 minutes for service. Then, when I asked for help they acted as if I inconvenienced them and was very unprofessional when checking me out. I asked an associate if they had more Chapstick in the back and he replied«I don’t know.» I asked if he could check for me and he said«no.»

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The waits are 1 – 2 hours when you wait for an RX! If you leave and wait for their«text» to let you know it’s ready… forget it, it never comes! I went back to the pharmacy the next day and still not done! I thought it was just me being sick and inpatient, nope every time I go in the same story, the people are running around with their heads cut off, have no clue what customer service is, and forget them trying to bill 2 insurance companies, because they can’t figure it out in this lifetime! I had to pay cash twice when I’m double covered! Horrible stay away if you can!

Five star review because the pharmacist, Justin, is SOHOT. Fake an illness just to eyeball him.

This Walgreens pharmacy is the most poorly managed Walgreens I’ve ever been to. And I’ve used Walgreens for over two decades in Oregon and California. The staff is friendly and work hard but are taught not to be customer oriented and recite«policies» regardless of merit or weather that policy is reasonable. After the doctor has sent in the prescriptions they often can’t find them and aren’t sure if they have them and they need your hand over paperwork prescriptions anyway. I went in with bronchitis all kinds of infections, sinus, ear… I was completely miserable and was told it would take at least 4 hours if I wanted to use the drive thru and I was forced to go inside to get the medication I desperately needed. they had no regard for the other people in the lobby while I came in and hacked all over the place coughing out of control. There was a newborn baby in the area I did my best I cover my cough but it was sickening that no one in the pharmacy even registered that maybe the rule is absurd at best. Both for the person who is so sick they can barely walk and for the people who have to put up with their illness possibly catch it. This Walgreens policies are clearly there to benefit them and only them. They have completely forgotten why they are on this earth and who they are there to serve. THESICKANDOFTENDYING! My advice to Walgreens pharmacy is to act as though they are in the health care industry. Staff according to need! And then pray to God you don’t have to deal with the likes of yourselves when you are sick or failing. If every other Walgreens can figure it out so can you! I feel sorry for your hard working, always kind, professional staff. Get new management so these people can support both you and the patients and take the time to think twice about your policies. This Walgreens is always understaffed and I do mean ALWAYS for the past few years anyway. As soon as my medication stabilizes I will go to mail order CVS.

This place’s pharmacy the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Three hours of waiting on the phone to speak to their customer service after multiple mistakes they made only to be treated unprofessionally by their store manager. If you have an alternative don’t waste your time and go that way.
