This studio is a nice place to try hot yoga if you have never tried it before. It is well kept and clean. They have a $ 30 for 30 day deal if you’re a new to the studio, so I think that’s great. The room has been slightly different temperature and humidity every time I’ve been there. It also depends on how many people are in the room. For a small class, it’s great because you have tons of room to do the poses and it doesn’t get too hot. If it’s crowded, the room gets so humid and hot from all the body heat… and I’m not a fan of that. Instructor Fawn is great. I believe she does the Sunday morning class, and the Tuesday and Thursday evening classes as well(?). During my 30 days, I made it a point to go to her classes, as long as I could make it. She’s welcoming and friendly; she makes you feel right at home. I took off 1 star because there have been a few occasions that one instructor in particular has passive-aggressively called me out on going into child’s pose when I felt too nauseous in some poses. I felt embarrassed. Yoga is supposed to be doing what you can, and I have NEVER had an instructor made me feel that way. Yoga isn’t easy, and doing it in the heat can be extremely challenging. Overall, great studio. You should definitely check it out if you have been curious!

I love this studio. It feels like a second home to me providing a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. A supportive place to explore many aspects of my yoga practice. The owners, teachers and students are all amazing. Classes are available for everyone, from beginners to experienced practitioners and everything In between. They even have kids and teens classes making it a place for the whole family. I can’t recommend it enough. Come in and check it out . Sharon P
