Auggie’s Joins Viso’s

Once you have had a cannoli from Viso’s, you are scarred for life. I have tried many, many other places and they simply are not as good as Viso’s. They are open ’til 6:30 on most nights and I believe they stay open til 9? On Wednesday for Media’s dine under the stars nights. The only thing you will regret about coming here is not buying more.

For our last class, my professor brought a box of cannolis from Viso’s to share with the class. Holy f***ing hell, they were damned amazing, and by far one of the best I’ve tasted in the Philadelphia area. Anyone who lives around Viso’s must absolutely try one of these at the earliest chance they get.

We are loyal customers of the Viso’s in Aston and were delighted to stop in today for a cream puff (just ok) and FRESH chocolate dipped strawberries (Perfection).
Love the «cone“ollis and cannolli also.

My husband and I just split a cannoli from Viso’s that was AMAZING. The best I have ever had. And earlier today we shared a cookie made with almond paste that was melt in your mouth delicious. We went a little bonkers, bought a variety of cookies and also have an éclair to split. Both ladies in the shop this afternoon were so sweet and smiling and welcoming.
I am blown away by Viso’s and I have an Italian mother-​in-​law with serious cookie making skills.
Looking forward to the next party I go to so that I can bring a plate of cookies to share.

I saw this shop was extremely busy about a few months ago, so I gave a shot. The first thing I noticed was that the lady asked me what I want while both of her hands in pockets. Not very professional but it’s not such a big deal. Anyway, I got 2 cream puffs (about 2 inches diameter) and 2 small cookies which was $ 5 total. Like the other 2 star review on the bottom of this page, everything was so tasteless. Custard cream should have much more taste to it. Cookies were very very tasteless. Not dry but tasteless. It just tastes like somebody made them at home and they came out so-​so. They don’t taste like they are from a professional bakery store. What a shame:(But the sample (rum cake) I tasted was SOAKED into rum. The sponge was totally wet. Their products are either too much taste or too little taste. Sadly, I won’t be coming back here again.

Stopped in to get dessert after lunch and picked up an éclair and Napoleon. Extremely clean shop with helpful staff. Very nicely made desserts with a home-​made taste.

Great local, family ran business. Best cannoli I have ever had. Not a full line bakery but rather a specialty dessert shop. What you find here is the best you will find anywhere.

I have had their pumpkin cheesecake, cookies, cannolis, and butter cake. All of the food is good however, once I received some stale cookies. This was a bit disheartening as they are a bit pricey.
Also, I recently found out that they only sell certain items during certain times of the year and will not make them even if requested. I think this is a poor business model. There are other quality bakeries in the area that are more than willing to create and supply their requested goods.
Overall, if you require some sweets this is a good place to try.
