Lets talk atmosphere:
Its a very small facility for sure. As soon as you walk in its a small area to sit down and wait to be called.
Let talk Receptionists:
There were two girls there today the one on the left was Krystal. She was so amazing and extremely welcoming. As soon as I walked in she greeted me, and let the other girl know what to do as far as my appt, also made her aware that I was new to the facility.
The other girl there to the right was the COMPLETE opposite. As soon as I walked in her whole facial expression just CHANGED which made me feel very weird being as though It was my first time meeting her.
She never smiled, never said hello, did not GREET me what so ever. I was a bit bummed by that due to the fact Krystal had her handle my paperwork so I had no choice but to continue to ask her questions like:
Is that it?
Do I sit down and wait to be called?
Do you need something else from me?
She just did NOT communicate with me at ALL!
Now lets talk about DOCTOR:
He was AMAZINGGGG! So talkative, charismatic, funny just all around great. Asked me all the necessary questions to find out what is going on. That to me WON me over.
So 5 stars it is for me! Thanks Krystal & Doctor
