Taking yoga with the groupon, and its awesome! I’m just a beginner, but I can feel that this is good for me. I may even continue after the groupon is done. Mandie Banks is perfect for beginners(me), patient and giving just the right amount of direction. Found Pamala Lee’s class to be more intense, requiring more flexibility and arm strength, though its fine if you just go as far as you can. Overall, a great experience so far, and the space is great.

Love this place, I leave class feeling fresh and rejuvenated. I wish they had morning classes so I have been going to Enso the other place in Media. If Sangha had am classes during the week this would be my spot!

I’m taking Yoga classes here on a Groupon, so that’s all I’m reviewing. I love the space, here. Be warned: it’s on the second floor, though. The first floor is an accounting office or law office or something. They have a green banner sign on the balcony of the second floor, so watch for that. It has a high ceiling with lots of windows(that they open on nice days which lets in a great breeze!) and cute lights strung up on the ceiling. It’s really a great space for yoga(and dancing, I imagine). I’ve taken classes from three different instructors. Pamela Lee and Zhenja la Rosa have the best classes in my opinion. Pamela Lee will really push your limits — her class is not for beginners! Zhenja La Rosa classes can be for beginners and advanced yoga-ers. She does a great job of offering advanced versions and explaining what you should be feeling when you do a move. Last time I was there she had a student who helped correct your positions. I would recommend this place to a friend — not sure about regular priced though. It’s a little above my pay grade, but totally a bargain with the groupon.

This is the new studio for Tango 411. I am only reviewing their 3rd Friday night ballroom dances. The dance floor is a good size, not huge, but not tiny either. It is in a beautiful ballroom on the second floor of an office building. Unfortunately due to a typo, I arrived too late to attend the free lesson at the beginning. However, I danced with the instructor, who was a very good leader and who knows what he is talking about. There were also a good number of other good leaders there. So far it is a small crowd, but I don’t anticipate it staying this way with so many quality dancers attending. The music was good and the water was free. I also really appreciated their green approach in having glass cups that you could write on with a dry erase marker. Even more unfortunately than arriving late, I had to leave early, and so did not really get a chance to rate the food. However, I look forward to their next dance and giving a more complete update at that time. If I remember correctly, it is $ 12 to attend and the lessons go from 8 – 8:45 and the dancing goes from the end of lessons to midnight.
