One of the worst experiences I have ever gone through. Our sales presentation was misleading. We did not receive what we thought we were given. Our project was delayed almost 3 months because of the poor quality of cabinets. They delivered us damaged cabinets that took 3 weeks to be remade and shipped back. We waited and waited, only to discover that our replacent cabinets were broken once again. Another 3 weeks delaying our project. Owner Tom ignored us during this process. Sent him email after email of the pictures of our broken cabinets. No reaponse until he realized that this would continue to manifest above the circus they already pit us through. We wanted a refund for the additional out of pocket expenses they caused us. Tom would not respond until I had to go to the post office and send a certified letter and file a complaint with the BBB. Worst attention to detail I have ever seen. One of the deliveries actually occured when I wasnt even home. And Tom simply apologize that he forgot to check his email. Could go on and on. Please dont make the mistake we made. Go to a place that understands how to treat a customer.
