Bad Dentist in Medina:
Never had such a bad experience with a dentist as we did here. Dr. Messina does all of his own cleanings and it’s no wonder — he spends 10 minutes on them. Of course, don’t worry, you’ll still spend plenty of time waiting in the office before you even see him. But the kicker was when my wife tried to reschedule an appointment. She literally called the office multiple times per day for one straight week and either no one answered the phone or the phone was busy. Plus they have no email? Sure they send you an email reminder but there is no way to reply with comments. Well, my wife ended up going to her appointment because she couldn’t cancel it and the staff was totally rude to her rather than being empathic; and Dr. Messina simply said he «stands by his staff.» When my wife said we’d be looking for a new dentist, he simply didn’t care. In fact he asked her is she’d like to leave (while she was sitting in the chair). My wife is generally the kind that likes to go with the flow, but she was totally humiliated by Dr. Messina and his staff. Apparently patient etiquette is not required for this (non) professional services office.
