Kinda got a weird vibe when I walked in. The odd thing about this place is that SHOULD be a great addition to the square but it just feels like the squares awkward cousin twice removed that shows up to Christmas dinner unannounced wearing a Hawaiian shirt. The staff isn’t really friendly and bit stuck up. The concept is good but a bit pricey for the quality of the beads. It also doesn’t help that the location isn’t directly on the square and is too large. It would do better if it was in a smaller space with more seating. It is too spread out.

Took my children there this afternoon to make a stretchy bead bracelet. Bottom line lady«helping» was incompetent and just plain rude. so rude she made my children cry and we left. What a terrible experience!!! She kept on saying that she was«the only person working», which I could completely understand except for the fact that she did not explain the process and when she would finally come back to «help» the children(who are only 6 and 10) she would rudely tell them that they did not follow her previous instruction and she would not help them string their beads until they did… are you serious? They are children, she never explained anything and she was ABSOLUTELYRUDE. After 45 minutes of no help, we politely said we were just going to leave, on our way out the door I heard her saying that she didn’t like working there herself and can’t stand children anyway? OMG! Just took my first class here today. The instructor was extremely friendly and very helpful. The have a wide range of beads and the one wall is filled up with long strands by color. They have an up stairs, but I didn’t go up there. The sell jewelry that the staff makes and consignment pieces too. I’ll take another class and shop here again.
