I didn’t end up buying anything, but when I came in look for a silk or silk-​blend laceweight, one of the ladies showed me the shop setup (laceweight at one end, moving up in size as you move around the room) and let me browse. They have some very lovely yarns, as well as patterns and notions. Their restroom is spacious and beautiful and has nicely-​scented lotion (lemongrass and ginger when I was there) to keep your hands soft so you don’t snag the yarn as you pet it.

Studio Knit is a very organized yarn shop with a nice selection of yarn and accesssories. The women working are always very friendly, helpful and kind. I visit from out of town every 3 – 6 months and yet they still remember me when I shop! Studio Knit also has a nice little sitting area where there are always women chatting and knitting together. I have been helped on many occasions, whether it is finding the right yarn for a project or even using there computer to check out a ravelry project. I love this knit shop and always look forward to my trips to Medina because of this shop and the amazing downtown setting it resides in.
