Very poor customer service and very condescending to a woman. Sold me an aerating pump that wouldn’t fit into the hole and when I called to say it didn’t fit was told it has to fit– wiggle it and it will. Brackets were at least ½″ too wide. Four trips at 35 minutes each way. That can come and put it down the hole for $ 40??? Seriously, more than $ 600 and they are not willing to fix my issue??? Requesting a refund now
Also, when they pumped the system, was charged $ 130 more than quote because they needed a special tool. Never again
