Welp after a few minutes of writing my first review out of boredom sitting there for 20 minutes before I even got my food I have to change it now that the food is actually in front of me. First of all I shouldn’t have to wait 20 min for pre cooked pasta. It’s not even warm. It’s room temperature. 2nd when I ordered my Alfredo with pink sauce and meatballs I was expecting a few golden brown meatballs sitting on a creamy pink bed of Alfredo pasta. What I really got was 2 meatballs grayish color seasoned with a lot of adobo. Pink sauce? More like … HMmmmm can’t describe it. So watery you need a spoon. When u pick it up with a fork the mystery sauce slides right off. My lunch also came with 2 garlic rolls. I expected warm toasted buns with yummy garlic melted butter. What I got was a bread submerged in oil with salt and green flaky something. Wow this place went down hill. Now excuse me while I eat my room temperature box pasta.

Not fresh. The Pizza is precooked, they put the toppings you ask for on top and reheat it in the oven. You’d be better off getting a frozen Pizza and asking them to put it in their oven. Sorry but I’ll pass. 4 stars for the garlic breath though!

If you work in the vicinity, you know that there are very few restaurants from which to choose at lunchtime. This place is always amazing. The garlic rolls are ridiculously good. The turkey wrap, chicken Caesar salad, pizza, and meatballs are all very good. I have had nothing but positive experiences. It will be a little crowded during lunch hour, but it is worth the wait for a table.

Fast delivery and fresh pizza delivered to my hotel room. The garlic knots were like eating clouds. We are from New York so we have tried all types of pizzas, but I have to say my family and I, like Loven Ovens. I would recommend.

I am a regular customer here. My co worker and I get delivery all the time. Their pizza and pasta is delicious(that’s why I’m giving two stars). But on several occasions I have ordered wraps and they NEVER get my order right. It’s always missing something inside the wrap. Today I decided to give it another try. I ordered the club wrap, which is supposed to come with turkey, ham, salami, and bacon(according to their menu). I ordered that with no bacon and provolone cheese. And a side of fries. The wrap just got delivered and I am VERY disappointed. It barely has one slice of turkey, lettuce and tomatoes. THAT’S IT! No cheese. No ham. No salami. Just a sad piece of turkey. Worst part… I was so hungry today. And to top it off the fries were over cooked. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here any time soon.

Great Lunch! Friendly staff! Highly recommended! Even a little good natured ribbing when our eyes turned out to be so much bigger than our stomachs followed by prompt packaging in doggy bags. Quaint décor reminiscent of a classic pizzeria on a small scale, clean. The pizza is a delicious New York style. Great lunch specials that are good sized meals, yet very inexpensive. We’ll be back! Recommended.

there’s 2 listings for this location soooooo this is a duplicate review, fyi *4 stars only based on first time experience… now that I’ve gone, i’ll prob be going more often since I literally work walking distance from there. if you’re in the mood for pizza, come here! I don’t know why it took me so long to check this place out. I order a personal pizza(its literally the perfect size!) ok, so now I know for next time… CALLYOURORDERAHEAD! because this place gets packed(and not that big) and if you order a pizza pie, you might be waiting a little… I’m thoroughly impressed and will more than likely be back *

They have always been delicious, but I ordered the egg plant parmesan, the worst I’ve ever tasted, tough to were the knife couldn’t cut through. I go there because they are close to our business but next time I will take the extra mile to dine somewhere else. I called and the response was«that’s the way it should be» I disagree

Not many options in this industrial area, so I go there when I’m sick of Subway and Chinese. But it annoys me that they charge more than what’s on display. They have pricing on a huge wall hanging and on printed menus. I’ve been having lunch in this area far longer than the time they’ve been in that plaza, and the reply is always the same, «Prices just increased and we haven’t had a chance yet to replace all printed material.» Guys, it’s been years. Pizza, freshly made specialties and salads are pretty good. Pasta is just ‘eh’. Staff is always yelling. Owner is always scolding. Blah. Summary: staff and pricing needs updating.

Staying at the courtyard nearby. Friendly staff. Could have overcharged me, but figured out what I wanted. Much appreciated. I ordered the spinach salad and white pizza. Both were good. A side salad was more than enough.

I came here because it had a lot of good reviews. From the looks of it they’re fake. I ordered a cheese pizza and asked them to put extra cheese no matter what was the charge that it was fine with me and also with light on the sauce they did the complete opposite. Never again. The pizza looked terrible! Even Little Ceasars for $ 5 is so much better! Subway, the Cuban place and the chinese place are so much better! Don’t waste your money for mediocre food and the girl on the front is rude!

Super-convenient for the Marriott Courtyard Hotel — less than one third of a mile… Charming owner served us a delicious calzone pizza for two and a $ 1.99 side salad, plus a glass of drinkable red wine — all for $ 21. Excellent value and such nice staff.

Amazing… simply AMAZING. Ordered the Stromboli. Closest to authentic New York Italian I’ve had since I moved here. Takes a while to cook but well worth the wait. So if you’re in a rush call ahead. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Went during lunch rush and the place was PACKED, so that tells you something there. Will definitely be visiting again.

NY style pizza, yes please! So excited to find it while here in FL on business. Really good food, all of it from the crust to the freshness of the ingredients. Even the side salad dressing is homemade. Will be going here at least one more time before leaving!

I was down in Medley looking at an electrical job for my business when my hunger pangs came a knocking. I quickly turned to Unilocal for some relief. I stopped in here for a couple slices of pizza and a drink. Service was fast and efficient and the pizza was pretty damn good too. I would definitely stop back in if I am in the area!

I have yet to try their pizza, but got a cheesesteak for lunch the other day with a side of fries and some ranch dressing as well. Holy cow, did that hit the spot! Their fries are PERFECT and held up really well with delivery — something I haven’t been used to seeing while living in CA. Then again, most delivery wound up arriving cold in CA — perhaps this ridiculously hot Florida weather helps: D

I’m a regular here for lunch as it’s close to my job. This is the best pizza in the area! New York style, slices are large, and sauce is flavorful. They get busy for lunch(as there’s not many food options around) so go by 11:30 or after 1 if you’re not one that likes to wait. Staff is nice and the sitting area is cozy. Oh and don’t forget to get some garlic rolls… soft and fresh!

Loven Ovens reminds of a typical upstate NEw York pizzeria. The flab ours are great. Not common in Miami. The pizza dough has better flavor. The may let it rest so that the yeast builds. The pasta(my boys had fetticunni Alfredo) is not the best. A little overcooked and too soft. I like al dente. The sauce Ok. We also had minestrone and salad. Nothing great, but you don’t come her for soup. Really, it’s the pizza. Oh. Bread rolls are fresh and taste awesome. Get a lot. A small eating area. Very casually. The do a lot of take out and delivery.

«1.5mi from your location» turned into 6 or 7… But I’m not complaining! Why? Because I just had a really nice dinner with my mom at this cozy little restaurant tucked away in Medley. How the first person discovered this, I have no idea. But thank you! This restaurant is decked with overt references to Italy, but serves New York style pizza. My mom orders tiramisu at EVERY Italian restaurant, and this time, I couldn’t help but sample. One of the best! We ordered mushrooms in mozzarella, and pepperoni pizza. I really enjoyed the seasoning, and the pizza being loaded with cheese. Check it out. It’s now my 2nd favorite pizza place in Miami!

ALOTOFFAKEREVIEWSONHERE! Love the garlic rolls there but thats about all! The customer service is horrible! They are very disorganized and rude on the phone. I try to spend lunch time there and it takes my hour and more for average food. Strongly suggest not to go there because they will just ruin your day! I WILLNEVERGOAGAIN!
