I’ve been a customer for a while now. I don’t just come here for parts. I sometimes call, email or show up just for advice.
These guys always provide great service. These guys are patient and very experienced.
They carry all kinds of items and brand names. If for any reason it isn’t in stock they will order it for you.
Nippon Power has always met and exceeded my expectations. Always seem to go out of the way to make someone’s experience the best. The prices are always within reason and always worth it because you are receiving nothing but the best!
I honestly recommend them to ANYONE looking for a good, honest quality performance store.

«We don’t have parts for domestic vehicles» said the man on the phone. I then asked him «then why does it show that you do, on your website and why does your website say that it fits my vehicle?», «don’t you have the same inventory that is shown on your website in your shop…», «yes» said the man…“all of our inventory online is in stock at our shop” «okay…then do you have blah blah blah for an 09 Dodge Challenger?»…“we don’t have parts for domestic vehicles”.
I guess someone is anti-​american cars. it was made quite clear. Speaking of clear if you intend for your shop to stay afloat in this economy, you should really work on listening to potential customers and communicate in a concise manner. «We don’t have parts for domestic vehicles» is a not a sufficient enough response for my question when I asked you for a specific part and tried to explain that according to your site it does fit my vehicle and apparently you have it in stock. This is how you lose customers. Work on your skills and maybe you just might make it out of the warehouses all the way in the boondocks. Also I’m not sure if this was a factor but just because I’m female, doesn’t mean I don’t know about cars, I know plenty.

These guys always carry the best products and have things on the shelf and ready to go. I go to them for those hard to find parts at the best prices!
If they dont carry it they are very knowledgable and will help you make the right choices!
