Kevin is awesome. He’s has been out a few times and is very professional. Always punctual and has been very thorough in his treatment plan. Follow ups and communications have been great. In addition, I love that he’s a local family man! So if you find yourself unfortunately needing this kind of service… this company is truly 5 star and I highly recommend them. Reasonable pricing, fast and effective service.

Used Graves Pest Control for a pest inspection on a condo I planned to buy. Was happy to hear company is owned and operated by 2 brothers. The inspection was detailed and included written report. Cost was reasonable, easy to make an appointment and Brian was friendly and professional. I did not buy this particular condo so I plan to contact Graves in the future for another inspection soon!

Kevin came out and took care of our spraying for tiny ants, hopefully they’ll go away in the next couple of weeks. Was very thoughtful in his pricing and honest, glad we stuck with him despite our initial miscommunication.

I was lucky to stumble upon Kevin and Graves Pest control. I was going through the list from top to bottom and his was the third call I made. From now on, it is the first and only call.
Kevin came over and was very friendly and professional. He looked at the wasps nest next to my garage and did really quick work of it! He was very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions.
I requested him to take a look at possible termite issues in the basement and he was very happy to look at them and discussed in detail about them. They turned out to just be remnants of previous termite colony which was removed a long time ago, so no new infestation.
He even suggested to continue the termite protection plan from another company and did not try to sell his product. A complete professional and I highly recommend Graves Pest control!

Kevin just left our house. We had Graves come out due to old ant issues as we are new home owners. During his ant spray he noticed places that mice could enter the house and plugged them up at no charge! Highly recommend will definitely be using Graves for our yearly service.

Kevin was suggested to us by our real estate agent for our home inspection. He did an outstanding job, giving us a VERY detailed report, and we have gone on to use him for other treatments for our house. He is professional, always on time, and an all around great person. His knowledge level is AMAZING!!! Without question Graves Pest Control is the very best out there. We referred him to our friends and they loved him too. If we ever move away from the area, we are seriously flying him in to check out any home we buy ;)

Kevin came out for a termite inspection when we found evidence in our basement. He did a thorough inspection of the entire basement and outside of the home. He correctly identified all the problem areas and alleviated a lot of my stress by giving me the clear no pressure options for treatment. We decided to go with his company for this treatment, not just because his pricing was very competitive with others, but because when I call the number, I speak directly to him … not some call center.
I wish the previous owners of this house had treated for termites years ago. We have to replace the main beam in the basement ($ 6,000) and who knows what other damage they’ve done to the sills around the perimeter. I definitely recommend you call Kevin and get a termite inspection done. The only reason I found them was from doing some serious demolition of the basement ceilings and walls. He’ll be able to identify termites and possibly save you thousands in repairs if you treat it early.
I also like that he doesn’t work with the termite baits. I don’t want to pay someone to come pound sticks into the ground and hope the termites find the bait. He feels the same way, and assured me that Termidor is the most effective method to eliminate the colonie (s).
We had the inspection done Monday 07/​22/​2012, and we scheduled the treatment (pending weather) for 07/​31/​2012.

Very happy with service. Got rid of our carpenter ants, and mice. Would recommend them! Reasonable pricing and prompt service.
