I have come back numerous times to eat here while grading papers — my favorite server now calls me «Teacher» and sits me right next to the electrical socket so my computer stays charged. I cannot say enough positive things about the servers and the food. The $ 25 all-you-can-eat sushi is an extraordinary deal if for no other reason than you can try new things without feeling frustrated you are paying a la carte. Many items on the all you can eat. Drinks are terrific, too. My favorite is the St. Germaine gin and tonic.

Great food. Love the customer service. Every time I place an order on the phone they’re very clear and repeat back to me. They also ask if I know where they’re located and let me know the direction depending where I’m coming from! My husband and I can’t complain! Have both really good sushi and food! Id recommend trying here!

One of our favorite places to eat. Always great food and entertaining chefs!!! Two in our family have Celiac disease and they always accomodate our needs. They will always make sure we have our own hibachi table to avoid cross contact with gluten, even when the restaurant is busy! That’s exceptional customer service!!! This is one of the best Japanese hibachi restaurants in the Boston area.

Entertaining dining experience with competitive pricing, great customer service, and above average Hibachi and Sushi. Perfect for a family night, date night or to cut it up with friends. Would definitely recommend reservations on the weekend.

Soba means soba, not ramen or egg noodle. Yet their soba noodle dish was made with curly ramen noodles. I asked the manager and he said they have always called these noodles soba. Could they actually think soba is a dish and not a buckwheat noodle? On this night the person doing the dishwashing was new and way behind. In order to keep the kitchen organized they decided to store the dirty dishes and plates directly outside of the men’s and women’s bathrooms. So there were dishwashing tubs, 7 at one point, just sitting on the floor outside of the bathroom doors. I’m not joking, it was gross. Drinks are cheap and the maki rolls were meh. The gyoza was good but not enough to make up for the other shortcomings.

This place is my favorite restaurant for any and all occasions. The sushi is fantastic, and the hibachi is lovely and made to order. They also post lovely coupons and specials with regularity.

Saw the four stars and decided to give it a try. My friend need to be convinced because he lives near three-star Japanese restaurant in Franklin, but I push the issue. We were both glad. The place is very attractive, hard to find a parking space in that lot because the Medway Café so popular. They were very welcoming, and the service was outstanding by waiter busboy and manager. We only had sushi but will return for hibachi and buffet. We had measles soup, seaweed salad, and vegetable tempura, as well as four rolls, and all the food was very good. Not the best I’ve had, but right up there. Lots of families in there, but not noisy and very comfortable booth seating. Highly recommended in that area.

Good food and generous portions. They do try and rush you out of the habachi a bit. Overall good and would go back.

Totally basic hibachi. Go with a group and just give in to the non-authentic cheesiness. It was $ 105 for four rolls, scorpian bowl, vegetarian hibachi, steak and scallop hibachi, and fried ice cream. The rolls were really good and the hibachi was ok. I got mine cooked in the back so it came out early. They also don’t have a vegetarian soup so I felt like I should have just ordered fried rice instead of paying for a hibachi meal. The hibachi show we got was very tired and lack luster but I loved watching another chef with a bunch of families behind us. He was very into it and the kids were having a great time. The servers were very nice but trying to move people quickly, since it was Valentine’s Day. We were seated at a table where the other couples had already received their appetizers so I felt very rushed during the first course. I would have liked to enjoy a few minutes before the hibachi started but we didn’t have a choice, since everyone else had already ordered. It was clean and the food was good. I would probably only go back with a big group to avoid being forced to pace faster.

Can’t beat their pad Thai or sushi so delicious. Crab Rangoon are also very tasty. Have only had take out but this place is huge. The bar area looks very big and I’m excited to eat in some night. Will return in the future!

This is a delicious restaurant! I came here a few days ago and the food was so yummy! We ordered vegetable soba noodles(soba noodles are like thin lo mein) and 4 different types of sushi. We had California rolls(my favorite type of sushi), spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and eel with cucumber which were delicious and were made fresh. This is great because it has hibachi and a normal sit down restaurant that does take out too! All of the food was so good! The food was so yummy and I’m so excited to go back and maybe do the hibachi! This is a great restaurant that I will definitely coming back to and I definitely recommend.

The hibachi show was lackluster(but hey– we went mid week so that’s not terribly unexpected) and the food was pretty flavorless. I will say I did not leave hungry, but the hibachi was expensive for what you got. The house sake was rubbish — and the service was slow. I might go back to just get sushi based on other reviews, but I was disappointed in our first visit.

Food was really good, we had a large group so basically tried everything. The crispy shrimp was unique and yummy in the tummy but the bartender was a super b. My niece said we were going to take drinks into the hibachi and instead of saying excuse me or something, she nastily said ‘what’s that supposed to mean??’ You’re paying your tab here! I said, we understand, we want another round. She gave us our bill with out another word. She was very busy so I sorta get it, but even before the crowds she had no pleasantries. And beware, Friday night super busy. thought they were giving away free sushi. Overall, it was good but enough sushi places in the area with nicer bartenders.

Hibachi was quite entertaining. My kids enjoyed it. Being big sushi eaters, we do order sushi as well. I’d say the sushi so far is above average. It’s no Fugakyo. Nice ambience & classy, better settings than all other local places.

I don’t even wanna give one star, the waitress was super awful, and her name is Sophia! I went there for hibachi with my family. She took 15 minutes brought us drinks, then chef came out, but we had no soup and salads. After chef left, we still didn’t get any soup and salads, it was not even busy, only two tables in the restaurant! Chef was good as usual, waitress was terrible as usual. Then we decided go to the other hibachi restaurant in Franklin, chef was okay there, but the service is thousand times better than Yama Fuji!

Extremely friendly and fast service. My daughter wanted eel sauce with her hibachi dinner and they happily obliged :) I would highly recommend!
