This has to be the worst center I have ever seen. I would rather receive care in a New Delhi slum. 2 ½ hours to see Dr Hynes. Waited two weeks for staff to schedule surgery. No call backs, carrier called daily with no luck. Staff is rude, incompetent and untrained. Staff actually lied to my insurance. List of their excuses. Dr was overbooked (everyday). New computer system. Fax machine not working. Stay away from this trash hole.

Unless you want to wait forever to see a doctor find someone else to take care of you. In 3 office visits I waited over 8 hours in waiting rooms. I was told that the staff and Doctors are too busy and my time was less valuable. Disgusting.
