As a customer since 2004 I can’t wait for U-​verse to get here. Directv has you by the short and curlies if you want NFL Sunday ticket but after 10 years I’ve had it. The installer recently ruined my outside equipment leaving it for another installer to worry about on the next tv hookup. They had someone from the Country of India call me using a407 area code who made fun of me a after my asking him for the third time who he was and wear he was from. (I don’t understand the Mumbai mumbles). Ever since they reached 30 million customers they decided to not care anymore. Service calls are $ 70 on top of your $ 8 a month protection plan and $ 7 service fee per receiver before you start paying your $ 130 channel fee and every tax known to mankind. All going to people whom don’t give a crap anymore. Screw them –same product cheaper with U-​verse. No more customer loyalty for me.
