Had to take a notch off this location today. Why? Because for years there has always been Cholula hot sauce, which makes or breaks the particular sub I get. All of a sudden, it’s gone and they are refusing to order more until the other brands get used up some, EVEN THOUGH they admitted that Cholula is the most popular sauce.
What?! Does that make ANY business sense?! Take away the most in demand sauce until the unpopular ones get used up!!! That sounds like something that would make sense to the government. :/
They told me I could buy my own bottle but that it wouldn’t be just for me, that it’d have to stay on the counter for public use. WHAT!!!
Bad move peeps. You just pushed away a regular customer over a $ 4 bottle if hot sauce.
