Not good experience — bottom line

My family and I arrived at Giant Recreation World ready to purchase a motor coach that we had researched. The motor coach we wanted was inside the showroom. We were in there for 20 minutes. We were passed by three times and were NOT acknowledged. Not even a «Hi, I’m —, if you need anything, I’ll be over there».
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. In fact, three salespeople were in a smaller rv all talking together.
I walked out feeling discouraged. My husband suggested we try Camping World down the ways a bit.
FYI. We left Camping World (the same day) after putting a deposit down on a new 2014 Winnebago Forza. The Thursday after, we picked up our new motor coach and we’re all quite pleased with it.
So thank you, Giant Recreation World, for having the worst customer/​sales service and for treating us so poorly. We really love our new 36 foot ride.

The family is thinking about renting an RV for some travel this summer, so we stopped in one Saturday and checked out some options available. WOW! There are some amazing RVs out there, and this place had some excellent examples of how to travel in style and luxury. We spent over an hour climbing in and out of a huge variety of RVs and travel trailers fantasizing about being on an eternal vacation in our home with mobility.
The sales man was very kind and patient with us, showed us the options we had for renting while we continued to run though each and every option they had on the sales floor and out in the yard. It is amazing what they can do with an RV these days, full kitchens with full-​sized appliances, washers and dryers, even fireplaces! Who knew?
One day, I keep telling myself, one day!
