My boyfriend and I used to come to this place all the time and the service was pretty good. I’m thinking the place is under new management because the service was terrible this time. We didn’t know what to do or who to talk to for help. You couldn’t tell who the employees were because everyone who was there was walking behind the counter, controlling the stereo system and walking in and out of the back room. It really felt like the only people who got decent service, were those who were friends with the employees. Not only that, but we were sitting for about 10 minutes and the employees watched us walk in, and didn’t bother to ask us if we needed anything. They just sat there talking to their friends and continued to smoke their hookah. We also noticed that out coals were different from the ones they had. I don’t know if the type of shisha requires a different type of coal or not. But I was very disappointed and extremely annoyed with all the employees running around, screaming and singing. Would not recommend.

Definitely the best hookah bar in Melbourne. The server Ashley is super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is laid back and the playlists are great.

If you’re looking for hookah in Melbourne, this is the place to go. Don’t waste your time anywhere else because none of the other lounges in the area can provide the same atmosphere, service and quality at such a reasonable price. Very attentive and friendly staff.
