Intercoastal Pool & Spa Builders

After a lot of research and several visits with other pool companies we decided to go with Intercoastal pools and spa. As stated in other review not the cheapest price but you get what you pay for. They told me it could take 8 to 12 weeks depending on the weather from the day of dig out. It was dug out on 12÷08÷15 and water in and operating 02/​15/​2016
The whole process was smooth and I would definitely use them again. (My husband was out of town for 80% of this project) I now have a beautiful back yard oasis where there once was nothing but sand and weeds. I live on North Merritt Island and I had the ²⁰⁄₂₀ screen put on enclosure and no mosquitoes or noseeums as of yet have gotten in. Thanks to everyone at intercoastal pools for putting up with a nervous home owner and for the beautiful pool.

It was a bit of a daunting experience weeding through pool companies down here especially due to the fact many didn’t want to deal with south Melbourne Beach. ICP was not the cheapest company but their price was extremely close to my second choice Blue Marlin. I have to say, like most big projects it’s helpful to be hands on to make sure you get what you want. The contractors that ICP hired were professional and extremely polite and neat. They took pride in their work. Most issues that I had were addressed in a timely fashion and always to my satisfaction. My pool turned out better than I had anticipated. Where this company is worth every penny is the followup service. I accidentally got some iron based fertilizer in my pool and had quite a few spots. ICP sent a guy out ASAP to help me fix the problem at no charge for something that was my fault. Absolutely recommended…
