Old Time Pottery Store

First time shopping here today, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. James, Ashely and the entire team. I was shipping for ceramic pots; James helped me picked out 6 large items — even grabbing one from the bottom of the stack (lots of rearranging required) to get the last one of a certain type that would match my arrangement. Another associate helped me load up my truck as well. It was so refreshing to receive help from associates without feeling like I was a bother!

Horrible service, had to chase someone down because they were all huddled in one area. Then when I asked if they had something, the response was ‘what us see we what we got!’ Very poor service, I will never go back.

They charged my card twice… The First Lady I talked to was kinda rude and the corporate wanted to mail a check (so stupid to make me wait to get money they took) but the store manager (Todd) was super nice to me, took responsibility and gave me my $ back right away. Was going to leave 2 star review and never shop there again but he changed my opinion. I think they should have done it immediately so I can’t give 5 stars but I’ll go back. Thanks!

Rated 2 stars for selection of merchandise. Rated no stars for customer service. Upon moving into my new house I spend a great deal of money for new décor on a budget. Had a coupon for my birthday on my phone, with my name in my email. Oh wow you would think I was trying to scam the cashier out of money from HER paycheck and created the coupon myself. This was the second time I’ve been treated like a criminal from the cashiers. I had previously purchased about $ 400 in items only one broke as a result of poor manufacturing. There had been many rain storms so I was unable to drive an hour back to the store to exchange the item but went 1 day after to the 30 return policy. Who would have thought an exchange would be such an issue? No luck. Stuck with a broken item. Cashiers clearly have no training on actual customer service.

This is a great place to walk off the meal eaten at Cici’s Pizza which is just next to this place. Good prices and great selection.

Great store filled with a large selection of items for home, bath and garden. It has a warehouse feel and it’s easy to get lost in time while browsing the aisles, but the best part is the budget friendly prices. Staff is always nice and willing to help.
