Savannahs at James Landing

Getting a lease here was a terrible mistake. All of the leasing agents are rude and horribly unpleasant to work with. Maria, the woman in charge of the office, is very rude and not understanding. The apartment itself fell apart within the first month, due to all the «renovations». My kitchen and bathroom cabinets all fell off their cheap hinges. There are NO lights in the parking lot, which is dangerous. A lot of older folks life here and young females and they should not have to walk to and from their cars or to the dumpster in the late night in such darkness. Especially after the recent car break-​ins and car thefts. However, they pay good money to light up the tennis court that is rarely used. This is just a terrible place to live. I wanted out two months into my lease and I was stuck here. They do not care about their tenants, they care about their money. Honestly would not recommend this living community to anybody, unless you would like to live in 20 year old, cheaply renovated apartments, surrounded by 50+ year olds, and have Cruella as landlord.

HORRIBLE! This is one of the worse apartments ever stayed. Initially it looked great, although it turned out to be a very bad decision. They are very sneaky, they are not honest and they are not willing to assist. I recommend anyone going to rent these apartments to review ALL the paperwork, make sure you get any changes or issues in writing they will send you ILLEGALLY to collections without doing their homework!
