I bought a dryer from the store with warranty. second time I used the machine it broke, called to have them look at. 3weeks went by without an answer. I stopped by and spoke to owner who said they will be buy to exchange machine. The 2^nd machine broke also after the 2^nd use. The owner is working very hard at evading my calls. and has been 4 wks. Dont think he plans replacing machine!!!

I only gave one star because I had to rate it to post. These people are criminals!!! Do not shop there. I was seeking a box spring for my sons room. We were driving by and saw the store we went in and ask if they had any the lady (owner) said they only have one in the size that we were seeking but it’s a set for 150, she will only sell the set. She said it’s good quality. I had a head board that’s brand new could we trade to help with cost. She said yes, we went back we did trade paid $ 75 plus bought bed rails in all came to 106. As soon as we drove I started smelling urine, I asked my husband if he smelled it he said yes but we could try to clean it. 2 miles down the road I said we can’t take this home due to how bad they smelt. We took a u turn and threw them a way at the dump. I called she said it was my that smelled like urine. I went to a furniture store spent $ 95 and bought a new box spring. I was trying to save some money but ended being robbed. Beware of these people they are thieves!
Also I had bought a bookshelf as well, exactly a week later it broke.

Seriously one of the most overpriced ‘thrift’ store I have EVER been in… and that says a lot because I’m always in them! It’s not a thrift store it’s a used store trying to make
$$$!
With all the thrift stores (for various charities) in Melbourne you can afford to skip this one!
The store does have a lot of stuff, I walked around, but after hearing a $ 300 quote on a used wicker set (that needed redoing) and seeing the $ 65 ‘vintage’ rotary phone… I was OUT!
Two stars because the young girl working the front counter was super friendly!
