This company stands behind their promise of satisfaction guaranteed. No matter how exasperated I became with the demands of the very necessary repair to my iphone6, they continued to handle things in a professional manner. In the end, the repair was successful and I am glad I allowed them to continue doing what they do best. I will use them again and recommend them highly.

After 2 years of constant use, my Sony Viao laptop started making a click sound and then wouldn’t turn back on. I suspected it was the hard drive and contemplated replacing it myself but I didn’t want to deal with the headache of reinstalling everything and setting it back up. Also I was getting mixed information online and from Best Buy on whether or not I would need the install/​recovery disc which I didn’t have. After finding out it was $ 50 to buy the disc which I might not need and it would take more than a week to arrive, I figured I’d seek out another opinion.
I’d driven by uBreakiFix before and decided to stop in. They told me that it did need a new hard drive but I didn’t need the install/​recovery disc and since they quoted me a very reasonable price to get my laptop back up and running I decided to leave it with them. I ended up upgrading to a SSD and it was ready in a week or less even though they had to order the drive. When I picked it up it was better than new, noticeably faster than before.
I wouldn’t hesitate to bring any of my computers or electronics here. In my experience they are reasonably priced, honest, fast, accurate, and professional. Thanks guys!

I have used this service on several occasions almost exclusively for my iPhone. One evening I turned my MacBook on and it kept shutting off on me. I take it in and after paying $ 100 for a new part they tell me that my MacBook cannot be fixed. I knew that they specialize in cell phone repair so I very respectfully ask if there is a chance that since laptops are not their specialty, someone else might be able to fix the problem. The guy literally laughs at me and says his supervisor is the best. I pick up my laptop and at my mothers insistence I get a second opinion. I take my laptop elsewhere and they identify the problem and fix it in 2 days.
I’m not saying that I have anything against ubreakifix, but they are obviously equipped to fix broken screens, not laptops.

While I was at a BBQ over 4^th of July, a friend mistakenly flipped my iphone off of the grill area. Both the front and back screens were completely shattered. UbreakiFix was able to replace both screens very quickly and at an affordable cost. The staff is very friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone!
