I thought I should do a quick review of this Verizon store. My wife and I went in shortly before close wanting to do a phone upgrade for her. Ray started helping us, we knew pretty much what we wanted. Ray didn’t try to rush us or tell us to come back. We ended up adding an iPad to the purchase, then Frank came over to help Ray. Both Frank and Ray were very friendly and helpful. When we need anything assistance we will go back to this store.

What a horrific experience. This store has incredibly rude management and non-existent customer service. The only polite person we encountered was the guy checking people in. My mother and I went in here to inquire about an upgrade and were met with curt responses and unreceptive customer service. I understand policies are policies but there is a lot to be said about delivery and loyalty. After this experience we are thinking about switching providers, and we have been with Verizon since they began. Extremely unprofessional and rude, not to mention completely disrespectful. Behavior like this staff had would not last 2 seconds in any major city. I don’t generally write negative responses, however I feel if they are able to turn loyal customers off, perhaps the constructive criticism could assist. So much for Southern Hospitality.
