I went to this location on a Friday night at around 11:15 PM. I was the only customer they were dealing with so of course I expected their best service. But what I didn’t expect was a free Frosty after the window employee and I exchanged in some laughter. They were very kind and not to mention they really gave me the cream of the crop! Fresh sandwiches and fries. I was very satisfied with my experience there.

One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Didn’t have time for dinner figured we would pick something up quick– nothing quick about this place. Took forever there was only one car ahead but still took over 10 min. Cashier was confused and upset. Gave us the wrong order (which I didn’t realize til we drove off) and no straw for the drink! Avoid like the plague!

I will never go/​eat at this Wendy’s again. The ppl who work there (not all of them but most) have a terrible attitude. If you go there round 7pm forget gettin a frosty bc is always out. Even had one girl who I won’t name give me and my husband a stink eye stare like we were puttin her out to do her job. I’m gonna contact the district manager to make sure their aware of this and they can do some house cleaning!!! If you don’t like your job, there’s plenty of ppl who would be happy to take it.

All I have to say is they messed up our order, left out items we paid for, and even though their was no one behind us at the drive-​thru they made us pull forward and wait for them to bring out our order! Most fast food places only do that when they have a lot of people waiting at the drive thru and want to keep the line and wait time down. I won’t be stopping here again on another road trip lunch stop!
