If i could rate them a ZERO, I would. This place is a joke! The women answering the phones are disrespectful, rude and I firmly believe they get joy out of stressing customers out and making the process more difficult than it needs to be. I don’t know how they are still in business. Do not, i repeat DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! These a-​holes will find some way to screw you over.

This place was extremely unreasonable and is run in a very inefficient, unprofessional way. The woman behind the counter was very unpleasant to ask for help and talked in a very disrespectful tone towards everyone. Very difficult to reason with and caused many issues all around. day=ruined

I would rate 0 stars if possible. The woman we are trying to work with who is at the counter is doing absolutely everything in her power to prolong the retrieval process. This is absolutely the most inefficient place I have ever visited. This place should be shut down, as the workers are not only extremely disrespectful, but it is missing the point of towing: to uphold the law. They are using the private sector AND the law against the people whose cars have gotten towed. This is not only a money sinkhole, but a place you will get berated and condescended. Places like this should not be able to exist.

I don’t known why Texas state trooper have counteract with this company .
The manager name is Ann, the most unprofessional person I ever saw and talk, ugly in side and out side. Don’t past by that place, every body in that place they are trash.

Disrespectful Employess representing your company
First of all I was wrongly accused of being on private property and discriminated when I was still in my car never stepped foot in a gated area which did say was private property about 20 ft away from the rd I was on which btw is by several mechanic shops which I was looking for when I was reversing to make my way back to the shop and blocked by 2 tow trucks! 2 & most strong reason is when I was trying to explain to them I was not in the inside of the gate at all and that I was trying to get to a location on this path this rd the guy yelled out at me that I was a fucking idiot and and when I responded of course defending my self he started calling me a whore and a bitch and so on and so on I front of my daughters!
