First time at this location with a group of 10 people celebrating my sons bday and really liked. The staff were so attentive and helpful. I noticed they were all multi-​tasking working the register, salad bar, serving food and the area where you redeem your tickets for toys. Good job!
This location was clean and not crowded with plenty of parking. I’ll definitely go back!

I was invited to a birthday party here this Saturday and I was appalled by how unprofessional the staff was, and also how they seem unprepared to handle birthday parties. Everything was so chaotic. I would never throw a child’s party here or come back on a regular day either. All the game machines felt sticky and dirty and my daughter developed pink eye and I know it happened there. They need to sanitize this place continuously. On the hour if possible!

Kids are 3 and 6 and by observing their fun, easily would rate it a 5 star. As a parent here is what to expect. It is noisy and you need to keep an eye on your kids. They will forget tickets they’ve won, they may forget their tokens at a game, or worse, some kids might steal from their coin cup while playing.
Selection of games is nice, even fun games for adults to play, and not a single one ran out of tickets. Machines were all in working order and only one was out of service and the coin mechanism was taped over so kids don’t accidently try to play.
Food was fine. Pizza was quick and hot. Self service refills on soda, and a decent salad bar.
Staff did a great job running the place given all that has to be done.

Made my daughter her bday party here on a Saturday at 5:30pm and it was a jungle! I was expecting it to be a bit crowded, but never imagined it to be that packed! But other than that, Karina took care of us throughout the party and everything went great!!! She took care of all of my guests and made me feel at ease regardless of the other 4 birthdays going on. My daughter had a great time and definitely created great memories with friends and family. I just really wish it wasn’t so hectic, even the people next to us were trying to fight the security guard for a stupid reason. If I learned one thing from this is go for the 12pm or 3pm party times.

My 4 year old son loves this place, and always wants to go. We live pretty close, right in Franklin Park and have been here quite a few times. The place is always really clean, which is more than I can say about most kids places, and the staff is usually very friendly. I’m also a big fan of Chuck E Cheese pizza.

This place is soo ghetto. It’s like a playground for all the gangbangers kids. All the parents mean mugging each other. Teenagers hogging all the basketball games. I won’t come back to this place. Even if it’s very close to where i live.

For it being a kid friendly zone I have to give lots of credit I’m a mom with on older child that was two and now 6 and a two year old that is going through terrible twos hahaha. I can say they are way cleaner then most place, so long as you give a smile you get one back. Employees were great everyone did their part some real teamwork in that place noticeable, shout front reserves, cashier, personnel that took us to table clleaning .
And they were organized as much as they could be when the lines where packet, if you have some patience that’s honestly all you need in this place I though it was pretty awesome, thumbs up bring my young boys back probably for a birthday party, we just went out to eat there and had a great experince, trust me when I say though if you don’t have patience or understanding then you should not be going to any outdoor kid friendlly place! :))

Well this new location is much better looking than the one that was closed down across the street! I took my 2 year old here a few times on the weekdays in the morning. I have no complaints. Yummy pizza, my son loves the slide and toddler games, friendly staff, etc.

I have held my kids birthday party at the Skokie location for about 6 years now. This is the first year I thought of going to the Melrose Park location. What a mistake! At first, I thought wow… clean, friendly, and a big area. After spending hundreds of dollars I thought what a waste. The pizza I ordered for the guests took forever. I could never find my server and she kept forgetting things. When they ran my card through for payment they ran it through for the incorrect amount and when deleted payment and tried again my bank froze the account. I then had to call my bank and straighten out their mistake. Finally after getting home I realize that after all that they even forgot to give the kids the goody bags I paid for. Never again!!!

This was our first time at this chuck e cheese. We were attending a birthday party. The staff was pretty friendly and always seemed available to help. The atmosphere was really nice and kid friendly. The establishment was clean. The birthday party ran smoothly. My son had a great time, overall we will be returning for family night.
