Cosmedic Laser Spas

I bought Groupon package for laser hair removal. I one time got sick in the morning and couldn’t let them know earlier than a day. When I went in spa next time and found out the technician took off 2 sessions of my package because of ‘no show up’. I did notify her for the other one a couple of days ahead because I knew I was gonna have conference ahead of time. But this lady somehow kept saying no show up and contending their 24 hours notice regulation. Being sick is out of control. But took off 2 sessions? I guess cheap Groupon deals mean poor service and less flexible: She thinks that she can do whatever because she would have plethora of customers from Groupon. Be aware before you book this place.

These guys are professional, courteous, and very affordable. Kerul was understanding and very easy going while giving me my treatment, helping me feel at ease. Because the laser hurts a little bit, she made sure to start off at a low setting and work her way up to make sure I was comfortable. Also, although she is a highly trained and educated professional, Kerul was very down to earth and I enjoyed our conversation we had. I highly recommend Cosmedic Laser Spas for their quality, especially after having such a fantastic experience myself.
