Dunkin’ Donuts

I’m here every morning. Never a bad coffee unlike other Dunkin donuts in the area.

I’ve been coming here for years, but don’t come often as it doesn’t have a drive thru. :(
This place recently went through a remodel and it looks great! It’s modern, clean and bright. What I mostly like about this Dunkin Donuts is their employees. Some of them have been working there for 10 + years! You don’t normally see that in the restaurant chain business. I love that Gloria will have my coffee ready and just how I like it when I get to the counter. Thank you Gloria! :-)

The actual addy is: 912 Winston Plaza, Melrose Park, IL 60 160. If you fill out those online surveys, I think they just give you a warm ‘fuzzy’ you reported something abbey-​normal. – Hence this posting.
This place is constantly changing personnel. You ask for ‘light cream’ and end up w/​coffee-​flavored milk. The muffin I bought was so dry it fell into pieces all over my car as I tried to eat it on the way home. –This was in the afternoon… last time I’ll buy one past 8A.
The bathrooms are never fully-​functional. When they are better than usual, there is no hot water for washing your hands and a 1960s air dryer that couldn’t drive a fly away (which I’ve also seen plenty of in the men’s room). Today some vagrant was hold up in the men’s john. They just kept telling us (me and at least one other guy) that somebody must be in there. (Probably somebody set lock & closed door). I went to the women’s (no female customers in sight) and it was just unusable. I let them know but by that time the guy after me apparently went in & used it anyway…
What a dump. That area needs a coffee/​donut place that will give this trainwreck some competition. This D.D. is another one permanently OFF my option list for coffee in the future.

Probably the best, most efficient DD I have ever been to. The staff is organized, the set up to keep crowd control is perfect and their coffee is never watered down. I don’t know how they do it but they get it right every time. I have never had a bad cup’o’joe from there. The doughnuts are always fresh, not stale like some of the DD stores I’ve visited, but I have never been a big fan of Dunkin Donuts doughnuts. The breakfast menu items are never overcooked or served cold. One down side is that there is no drive-​thru which doesn’t really matter to me but may turn some people off. Other than that, I think it’s the best DD around.
