I was told that Bacci is no way afflicted w Slice Factory; so my review is not regarding Bacci & their quality of food.

I placed my order at 9:55pm, called back at 11:15 and was told the driver left a while ago. He finally shows up at 11:45 and I asked is the pizza cold. His response was he threw in a brownie. Hmmm ok my guess is that the pizza is cold. He leaves, I open the box and of course the pizza cold as ever. I call the restaurant and the lady tells me I can have 50% off my next order. Ummm, no thank you I wont be ordering again, I want a refund. She says if she give me a refund he has to pick the pizza back up. Ok, tell him to come get it, theres nothing I can do with it she says ok, ill let him know and then call you back. Its 45 minutes later and no phone call and of course they are closed. Very poor customer service. For the price you would think they would have their shit together.

The pizza is sub par and they display a sign that says«jumbo slice $ 4.99» but will not sell you a jumbo slice for $ 4.99 they only have the option to sell you a drink and a slice for $ 5.39 plus tax. There is no manager on site and the employees do not care that customers wait issues resolved. This place is a dump.

I ordered delivery a little while ago and the lady that answered the phone was very patient with me considering this was my first time trying this spot. She told me it was going to be a 45 minute wait for delivery, ok! An hour past, an hour 15 then I called. She told me its out and on its way, umh sure. My pizza finally came and it was huge! I don’t know the name of the pizza but it was like an supreme, really tasty I must add! I also ordered some buffalo boneless wings eh, I didn’t like them and could do without. I would definitely be back for the pizza

Food is great. Environment could use some touching up though. Get to-go and leave happy!

Our office orders from here all the time and we have always had a good experience with them. They always get the order right and we have a lot of custom orders due to allergies and such. Ordering online is always simple(although it never can add«points» to my reward account) and delivery is here within the estimated time. Every delivery driver we have had have been awesome. Overall, a solid place to get food delivered from!

Better than Bacci’s. I for one am glad Slice Factory moved into this location, despite the fact that there’s still a Bacci’s sign outside(??). I had a pleasant enough lunch here to justify returning once a month, give or take. Pretty good ‘za. I opted for the meatlovers, which true to its namesake came with pepperoni, sausage, and bacon. Like Bacci’s before them, the slices are gargantuan, certainly not a one-handed item. I found if folded Brooklyn-style, the super-slices were much easier to manage. When I stopped in, I was greeted warmly and offered a special – 5 wings for $ 3, which is a pretty good deal, especially considering how many sauce choices they had(I counted at least a dozen). In fact, I was so impressed with their boneless wings that I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here for –just– wings. I got these, with my meatlovers slice and a pop for $ 10 even, a terrific value. The pop selection is their own Slice Factory brand, but there’s a good variety(cherry cola, orange, lemon-limeade). Plus points for having complimentary hot sauce cups by the register, along with the requisite red pepper flakes and crumbled parmesan. Staff was friendly, much more so than the previous owners. And I totally dig the ‘Entourage’ wall graphic, not to mention the Chicago sports neon signs! I can’t in good conscience award them 5*, as some of the dining room chairs are in disrepair, and there are(for whatever reason) drink machines plugged in, but not used. One appeared to be an espresso maker, another was an energy drink dispenser, along with several others odds-and-ends that were collecting dust. Far too much clutter going on here, best clean up yo sh*t, Slice Factory!

This place is nasty and the staff is very rude. After waiting for an hour and a half for my pizza, it was not what I expected. After 3 calls and threatening to cancel my order, the driver finally came = service is horrible & slow It was very dry, cold & burnt. I had to give it to my dogs. The so called cheese fries were cold, soggy and nasty as well. It tasted like my food was sitting there all day or leftovers from the day before = food was cold & nasty Staff was rude. Bottom line, they are overpriced and understaffed DONOTGOHERE unless you want to buy an expensive meal for your pets.
