I have only been here once to get my suit cleaned but I have had my share of bad dry cleaners and this is not one of them. They also have good business hours so I can work my 7am-5pm job and still pick up my clothes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices are average if not a dollar or two more but you can save 10% if you prepay. This place doesn’t use an overabundance of chemicals that would make you turn away just from walking into the store which I can’t say for some other places nearby. They also don’t staple, let me reiterate that, STAPLE their number tags to your suit pieces like other places I have been too. I will be coming back here.

I do not dry clean often, but now and then a sweater or a dress does require it. I have been going to Blue Bell since moving to Melrose almost 3 years ago and have absolutely no complaints. Everything has been cleaned very well with absolutely no damage(including lace, cashmere etc.) and they get the cat hair out! You can save 10% by pre-paying. They also have a drive through window though I have not used it.

I will not be going back here. My girlfriend and I brought over an expensive comforter and sham set to be cleaned, after our roommates cat urinated on them. We explained to them that the set was very expensive and sentimental. They meant a lot to my girlfriend so it was really important that they got the care and love they needed. We were told that it would take a week and we can pick it up the following Saturday. We payed on the spot and left. I’m writing this because I still don’t have it back. Three weeks later. We went in to check on them three times. Twice, they told us that they don’t know where the comforter is. How is it possible that you run a dry cleaning service and then lose someone’s items?! We actually went to get it a few days after the pick-up date because we never got a call to pick it up. They flat out told me that the comforter hasn’t been touched. After complaining and NEVER getting a call back from the manager per request, we finally get a call from a worker. She said that there are stains and an smell that they are trying to remove. 3 weeks later. If they just did their job, there wouldn’t be a stain or a smell. We went and cleaned our own down pillows and they came out fantastic. Better yet, don’t tell me they would take a week and then not do anything — followed by losing it for two weeks. I won’t be going here again, Please take warning while bringing your items here.

Blue Bell has been around as long as I have been around and I cannot remember a time when my family has not brought our fancy duds here for a thorough cleaning. They’re reliable, friendly, and good at what they do. They clean the clothes in-house — which I prefer because it means they aren’t shipping them all over the place — and potentially misplacing pieces. They’re prices are reasonable and you can get a discount if you pay in advance with cash or check.
